Incorporated in 1984, Tangshan Shuobao Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Tangshan Welding Equipment Factory) is a private scientific and technological company combining design development, production and sale. Our TANGWANG welding equipment family sells well in many industries of the country, including petroleum, pipe, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, auto and light industrial machines. Our all products became the earlier birds which had passed the CCC product quality certification of the country. Our NBC-350K CO2 welding machine, have been designated as equipment for welder’s competitions, of China Employee Welding Association. Our ZX7 series and ZX5 series have been designated as equipment for welder’s competitions by the National Electric Power Group Co. and China Petrochemical Group Co.
In order to improve the comprehensive quality and skills of our employees, our company has been sticking to the principle of both employing talents from outside and nurturing and selecting talents from within as well as adopting the “6S” management system. Our engineering technicians have accounted for more than 40% of our employees. We have also been optimizing our quality management system, enriching and perfecting our quality management organizations, thus passing ISO9001 international quality system certification.
Our company owns modern production, test and commissioning equipments and carries out production by using the most advanced domestic technology of inverting power source, using the completely integrated digital electric circuits and the imported components and spare parts, which ensure our products to be of superior quality. We are willing to satisfy the needs of various industries by offering perfect before-sale, during-sale and after-sale services.
In May of 2004, our company invested nearly RMB10,000,000 to build modern factory fitting with all sorts of sound supporting facilities. The building area of our factory has reached to 10,000m? and we plan to produce 20,000-30,000 sets of electric welding machines annually. In October of 2004, our company has favorably moved to the new location.
